running errands: the look for less

i think kristin cavallari has effortless and relaxed socal style. i saw this photo and i enjoy the look for running weekend errands - so i set out to put together her look for less. i'd love to be able replicate it exactly but her a.l.c. military leather jacket goes for $1,195...ouch.
