recipes: summer kebabs

nick and i found this stonewall kitchen cilantro lime dressing at whole foods at the beginning of the summer and it's been a grilling staple ever since. my favorite is chicken or shrimp kebabs (or both) with red onion, peppers and tomaters. again, not much of a recipe - just marinate the chicken/shrimp for about 20-30 minutes, then skewer with the veggies and grill. i like to serve with rice or salad. i also love having a grill...and a man to cook my food on it.

step 1: marinate chicken or shrimp in dressing for 20-30 minutes.

step 2: skewer with your favorite grilling vegetables. pictured: red onion, yellow and red peppers, chicken.

step 3: grill

step 4: serve and enjoy!
