outfit in action: floral and cargos

i got this shirt last year at a friend's consignment shop in new jersey. i love the floral bib and i don't wear it often enough. too bad it's wrinkled. oops. cynthia steffe tank on consignment, banana republic cargos, ralph lauren wedges.
