remember when i planted this amaryllis bulb from target a few weeks before christmas? look how beautiful it is! i get so sad that they only last one bloom, but the good news is that it lasts for a long time. i love looking at them as i wash dishes from my magical culinary creations (note sarcasm).

Absolutely gorgeous! I'm heading over to Target in a little while to get some things, maybe I'll see if they have any amaryllis in our neck of the woods...
