i love you, new york...

...but i gotta leave you. i cannot believe this is my very last day in new york. i'm going to miss randomly seeing fireworks over the river on any given night, the he/she in the village who wears head-to-toe white, walking everywhere, bagels, sample sales, being surrounded by water, my view of downtown...and on and on and on.

the movers are packing our apartment today and once the last box is in the truck, nick and i are jumping in our car to start our journey down to teeeeexas (i'm saying that with a texas accent). we're stopping in nashville and memphis on the way and i'm hoping to be able to share pictures asap.

i'll try to keep blogging while on the road but forgive me if i'm late one day. it means i'm probably in the middle of america with no wi-fi.

onward!

I'm sure it's tough to leave that wonderful city but at least you are moving to another great city (and not to the middle of no-where-ville)! I'm so impressed you have managed to squeeze in blogging while packing...you're good! Safe travels to you and Nick!!
